Good morning disciples....The Soul Guru is back with some great new music.

 First of all I'd like to thank all of you a who have taken the time to read my last post....wasn't it brilliant ?

 So this week's post features an artist I LOVE so much and wrote about last week.....Robyn
 An artist and Producer whose influence on music cannot be overestimated...the incredible Dr Dre
 And an artist who made one of the GREAT records of the '90's ...Warren G

Robyn is one of the most talented,unique, and important female artists in the world.....NO concessions,no compromises.....I'd love to meet her one day to talk about her music........she's just brilliant and the EP is brilliant...I LOVE it !

Next up is a true legend....a man who truly changed the sound of contemporary music.........Dr Dre ....he makes very good headphones too :-)
His work with Snoop,Eminem,The Game and Kendrick Lamar changed all our lives....
His new album " Compton " is a concept album about.....Compton
Featuring a who's who of Rap Gods ...Snoop , Ice Cube,Eminem, Kendrick Lamar , Xzhibit ......it's a fantastic body of work ....this Medicine Man featuring Eminem at his incendiary best....it's fucking brilliant

Rap has became the music of social protest from the street......but too often recently it has become a parody of itself " ho's,bitches,money, money " etc......homophobic and misogynist crap.....
" Compton " is a BIG step in the right direction......

It's alI about strong independent brilliant female artists today.....

I've been trekking round Brighton,searching for my inner self....I didn't find him but I enjoyed the pier and OhSoSocial.......

Last but by no means least is the totally BRILLIANT Punk Silent Movie Star ....I can't share her music yet but believe me when I say that her music is amazing...her personal story is incredible...it's not for me to share the details but suffice to say that this is one tough lady.....she's just won the biggest battle any of will ever face...she's also a great friend,someone I've known for over 25 years ...I love her and her music so much...she's an inspiration to all of us....
